update for better controls accessibility on the way!

kwarnberg gave me a heads up about "two space ship gunner" being unplayable w Nordic keyboards. and the game's probs got a ways to go w keyboard setups beyond the USA QUERTY model. no full plan yet but the space bar feels universal enough to start a game. shoot to start is cool but some times the shoot don't shoot! after the game start mb space bar will go into options. it's a big key; doesn't imply as much action as a shoot button. Fluffy-BotB played the game after the release; her hands needed more breathing room! so best case here afaik is I make a setup that makes the game keys full custom or close. and mb video game controller support
