custom keyboard controls now up and running for "two space ship gunner"!

took a while but I finally got the key maps customizable for "two space ship gunner"! just hit space bar while in the "last chance!" screen and map keys, starting at "l ship u", until all keys are done. if you hit the wrong key or just wanna reconfigure keys again just press keys until all are mapped; you'll be back at "last chance!" screen which now shows the new keymap abbreviated in white boxes. hit space bar and remap again! have fun and fire away
